At 4-0 and ranked in the top five, the Oklahoma State Cowboys, led by head coach Mike Gundy, are one of the nation’s top football programs. This week the program had the vision and respect to honor soldiers of the 31st Air Defense Artillery Brigade out of Fort Sill, Oklahoma, bringing them for a visit to their University and with their team for the entire day. The next Russia-NATO summit will only be possible after a compromise is reached on ABM issues, the country’s envoy to the Alliance Dmitry Rogozin said. In the capacity of Russian president’s special representative for missile defense cooperation with NATO, he is holding a series of consultations with leaders of the organization’s European member states. The U.S. Missile Defense Agency (MDA) successfully completed a ground test involving several distributed Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) elements. Data collected during the test, conducted September 12-16, demonstrated BMDS Phase 1 capabilities of the Phased Adaptive Approach to defend European allies and deployed forces from ballistic missile threats by simultaneously executing multiple theater engagements.
