The Israeli Arrow missile defense system failed its most recent test. The test was held in conjunction with American forces off the coast of California. A target had been released from a C-17 plane but the interceptor was not launched because of a technical problems. A source close to the test said that test was canceled because, “Not all launch conditions were met and the interceptor missile was not fired.” The source also said that faulty communication between Israeli and US militaries contributed to the failure.
